Finding the right home starts with understanding what matters to you.

Buying a home is a big financial decision, but it’s also about finding a place that works for the way you want to live. I’ll help you think through the home, the neighborhood, the numbers, and the details that matter to you. From the initial search through closing, my job is to make sure you understand your options, know what comes next, and have the information you need to make a confident decision.

Here’s what they had to say…

“Fantastic! Jenny is so attentive and took such good care of my family during the entire process! She will be the only Realtor I’ll use from now on and in the future and I will refer to my family & friends as well!”

how it works

THE buying PROCESS

Getting Pre-Approved

I’ll help you connect with a trusted lender to determine your budget and make sure you’re prepared when the right home comes along.

Discussing your goals

We’ll talk through what you’re looking for in a home, from location and lifestyle to the features that matter most to you, so I can focus our search on homes that are truly a good fit.

Looking for homes

I’ll keep a close eye on the market, send you homes that fit what we’re looking for, and coordinate showings around your schedule so you can focus on finding the right one.

Negotiating a purchase

Once you find the right home, I’ll use my financial background, market knowledge, and negotiation experience to help you evaluate the numbers and put together a strong offer while keeping your priorities at the center of every decision.

Navigating Closing Process

Once you’re under contract, I’ll keep track of the details, from inspections and repairs to the appraisal, paperwork, and final walk-through. You'll always know what’s happening and what comes next.

Moving in

I’ll help you stay on top of the final details and connect you with trusted local resources as needed, so you’re ready for closing day and moving into your new home.
